When the physicist Jane was 8 years old, she was rescued from a bacteriological war by a Russian military robot called Jack 2. A short time later Jack 2 was destroyed by a satellite weapon as the young girl watched in horror. Now 27, she could not forget the nightmare of Jack 2's collapse by her side. She spent ten years restoring Jack 2 back to 90%. Tragically, the humane side of Jack 2 could not be restored and only a cold, emotionless Jack remained. She worked hard analyzing the program so that Jack 2 could return to the gentle soul that saved her life. Through analysis, she found that most of Jack 2's programming was created by Mishima Heavy Industry, a subsidiary of the Mishima Financial Empire. A richer discovery uncovered the hidden plans for "Project Gun Jack." They laid the groundwork for "Pivot Guns," powerful weapons to be installed in both arms. To restore Jack 2 completely, Janae had to approach MFE and solve the mystery of the project. She quickly installed the hidden program and presented MFE with the newly dubbed "Gun Jack."
